SUBSCRIPTION / HALL HIRE FEES (1 JANUARY 2019 to 31 DECEMBER 2019)Subscriptions:
Monthly Subscription R60 per month OR Annual subscription (paid upfront) R660 per year
Pensioners Monthly Subscription R36 per month OR Annual subscription (paid upfront) R396 per year
Marina da Gama member R1035 per year (annual subscription only)
Marina da Gama resident hall hire R2250 with refund of R500
RULES WITH REGARD TO THE HIRE OF THE HALL
Bookings will not be taken from any member until outstanding subscription fees are paid in full.
Provisional bookings are only confirmed once the hall hire fees have been paid in full.
All hall hire fees are to be paid directly into San Marina bank Account, no cash payment will be accepted. Deposit reference, HHAcc NoDayMonth of hall hire. Egg: HHSH0942108
Evening functions are to end at midnight.
Music, of any nature, is to be played at a reasonable level so as not to cause a disturbance to the surrounding residents.
People attending the function may not park their vehicles so as to inconvenience any resident nor block any driveway. The Hirer is responsible for the parking of their guests vehicle.
The Hirer is responsible for the behaviour of their guests and must be present in the hall at all times while your guests are on the property.
The Clubhouse is to be cleaned, tidied and the keys returned by 9.00 am the following morning.
The television set, DVD player and DSTV decoder do not form part of the hire of the hall and may not be used during the function.
The Hirer only hires the clubhouse and braai area. The swimming pool (including the surrounding area) and tennis court are out of bounds at all times. Members are still permitted to use the outside facilities, while you are using the hall until 8.00pm.
The Committee members are indemnified from any liability for losses, damage or any injuries incurred.
RETAINMENT OF HALL HIRING DEPOSIT
The Hirers deposit will not be returned if any of the above rules are not complied with or if any of the following occur:
The facilities are misused in any way (including plumbing), Hirer will be billed accordingly.
Breakages of any kind have occurred, Hirer will be billed accordingly.
Property is missing, Hirer will be billed accordingly.
Complaints have been received from residents.
Parking problems have been reported.
Excessive noise, includes music, vehicles and voice during and after your function.
Litter is left inside the clubs grounds or outside where the vehicles were parked.
NB: DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED VIA EFT WITHIN 72HRS
Remember that the Clubhouse is in the middle of a residential area. If any of the above rules/conditions are not adhered to, the committee will have no option but to retain your deposit.
